On 9th May our school honoured the Earth Day by planting trees around our school. Around one hundred pupils from all third grades: IIIA, IIIB,
IIIC, IIID and IIIE planted trees they bought by themselves. The students received the teachers assistance while working. Each tree has a notice with the class number, the headteacher’s name and
the date. We planted three spruces, a pine and a thuja. The students take care of the plants. We hope they will always do. This action was also meant as our participation in the international
event called "Trees for Europe". The school community liked the action so we hope it will be continued next year.
